DHRS Dubai offers Smarthome automation, smart security,  HVAC, and restoration services, and by using our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information when required
  • Follow our policies and guidelines
  • Comply with all relevant laws and regulations
  • Show respect and professionalism to our employees and contractors
  • Do not use our services for any unauthorized or illegal purposes
  • Not copy, modify, or distribute any content on our website without our consent
  • Do not try to interfere with or disrupt our servers or services
Agreement to Terms and Conditions

By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by DHRS Dubai’s policies, terms, and conditions. Your use of our services will be considered as your acceptance of these terms.

AC-Services Charges

When you order our AC services, our technicians will conduct a thorough checkup of your AC unit. A non-refundable fee of 100 AED will be charged for this visit and checkup, regardless of whether any additional services are ordered.

If any issues are detected, our team will provide you with a detailed quotation for the necessary repairs or maintenance.

For AC servicing and cleaning, we charge 90 AED per unit if more than one AC unit is serviced. For a single AC unit, the charge is 150 AED.

Payment and Refund Policy

Payment for our services is due upon completion of the work. We accept payment via cash, cheque, or bank transfer. Please note that we do not offer refunds for labor or services rendered. However, if any issues arise that fall under our warranty, we will take the necessary steps to rectify the problem.

Warranty and Liability

DHRS Dubai warrants that our services will be carried out professionally and competently. We offer a warranty of three months from the date of service, applicable only to the work specified on the invoice. Only the warranty explicitly mentioned on the invoice will be considered valid. If a warranty is not stated on the invoice, it will not be entertained or recognised.

The warranty is valid only if the customer provides a valid invoice at the time of the claim. It is the customer’s responsibility to retain the invoice for warranty purposes. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, improper use, or issues that arise after the three-month warranty period.

DHRS Dubai will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages that arise in connection with our services, whether under contract, warranty, or any other legal theory.

Non-Payment and Warranty Voidance Policy:

All warranty claims and any further assistance will be void if full payment for our services or supplies is not received within sixty (60) days from the date of the invoice. This policy applies retroactively to all services rendered, including those initially covered under warranty.

In the case of partial payments, the warranty will remain void until full payment is made and written confirmation of the settlement is provided. Once the outstanding balance is fully paid, the warranty may be reinstated at DHRS Dubai’s discretion, but it will only cover the remaining warranty period from the original date of service.

Intellectual property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of DHRS Dubai or its licensors and is protected by international copyright laws.

Without our consent, you may not use any content from our website.

Termination of Services

We reserve the right to terminate our services to any customer who violates our policies or engages in unauthorized or illegal activities. We also reserve the right to modify or discontinue our services without prior notice.

Changes to Terms of Service

We may update these terms of service occasionally. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated terms on our website.

Governing Law

The laws of the United Arab Emirates shall govern these terms of service and be construed accordingly. The Dubai courts shall resolve any disputes that arise in connection with these terms.
